   This is the Home Page of  my Newf.No.9 Googlely Web site. Or actually Page Creator BETA.  I'm using it to post pictures...mainly of Intarsias from:

 but also whatever tickles my fancy. Where ever that may be....No, I don't need a hint.  The overall garden pictures, and the other  flower and herb pictures are ones I have taken in our gardens, and are the inspiration for the intarsias.  Feel free to e-mail me and say naughty things. Or Not. 

    Intarsia is the art or technique of creating pictures , in my case, 2 sided sculptures,  where by the surface is made from inlaid pieces, usually a mosaic of wood. It was developed during the Renaissance. They are made almost entirely of recycled, or discarded trimmings. Woods used are Walnut, Mahogany, Ash, Elm, Oak, and a variety of other woods from many sources.
